General / Executive Support can be purchased to supplement my other services in bundles of 3 hours. General support hours are scheduled on a first-come-first-serve priority and may be subject to availability.

Tasks covered by General Support:

➤ Proofreading slide decks, emails, landing pages, and all other copy;

➤ Onboarding clients or creating client profiles.

➤ Sending consent forms or other related documents;

➤ Communication with your clients regarding scheduling;

➤ Managing client cancellation/rescheduling requests;

➤ BASIC bookkeeping (data entry, receipt management);

➤ Creating to-do lists, accountability lists;

➤ Client file management / client relationship management (CRM);

➤ Software training, research or set up;

➤ SOP Implementation;

➤ DropBox / Google Drive / iCloud Organization;

➤ Data entry in Word, Google Docs, Excel;

➤ Online meeting minutes;

➤ Virtual meeting assistance (taking notes, moderating chat) ¹;

➤ Moderating blog posts;

➤ Efficiency audits;

➤ Applying for podcast appearances²;

➤ "Secret Shopping" your competitors;

➤ PDF Documents/Templates (graphic creatives available for an additional fee);

➤ Other tasks may be available if within my scope of work, at my final discretion.

Additional Rush and overtime rates apply to any same-day service requested after 7:00 a.m. MT or any time required outside of OrganizedAF's regular business hours. Rush and overtime fees are non-refundable.
